Not this time! This is the big one – no stacking with other offers. Save your codes for another day.

How long will it take to get my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days.

We’re a small biz, so while we move fast, express shipping only speeds up delivery after your order leaves us — it doesn’t move you to the front of the queue.

If you need your order urgently, get in touch and we’ll do our best.

How much is shipping?

For Australian orders over $200:

  • Standard: FREE
  • Express: $25

For orders under $200:

  • Standard: $11.95
  • Express: $25

📦 Full shipping info (including international) can be found out by adding your products to cart and checking out -we are very transparent with fees.

Can I modify my order?

Once your order is placed, we can’t promise we’ll be able to make changes — including your address, items or shipping method — due to high order volume.

Please double-check your details (email, shipping address, phone number) carefully before placing your order.

What payment methods are accepted?

Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, credit cards and gift cards.

What if I change my mind after I receive my order?

Because our Black Friday sale offers such big discounts, we’re not able to accept change-of-mind returns on these orders.

That said — your comfort really matters to us. If your HipSurfer isn’t feeling quite right, we offer a free video fitting with our founder, Laura (a fellow mum and pro at quick fixes).

In 9 out of 10 cases, a few small tweaks make all the difference — and you’ll go from “hmm, not sure” to “ahh, that’s perfect” in just a few minutes.

What if my product is faulty?

Oh no — that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. We’re so sorry if something’s not quite right.

Every HipSurfer is checked with care, but if yours arrives with a fault or issue, we’ll sort it quickly — promise. Just send us a few clear photos (or a short video if that’s easier) and your order number, and we’ll take it from there.

We’ll make sure you get a replacement or fix sent out ASAP — no runaround, no stress.

If it’s a comfort or fit issue instead, we can also book you a free video fitting — in most cases, it’s an easy 2-minute fix.

What if I find the HipSurfer uncomfortable?

otally fair question — comfort is kind of the whole point!

If it’s not feeling quite right, don’t stress — it’s usually something super simple like the waistband position or how your little one’s weight is sitting. A two-minute tweak can make a world of difference.
