I had previously spent hundreds of dollars on trendy body carriers for bub, only to discover that he absolutely hates being strapped in and constricted (he's also not a fan of the pram as he likes to be able to see what's going on). The hip surfer has finally allowed us to take him out happily and easily. He is a big bubba (only 3 months old) but he can comfortably sit facing outwards at this stage. Honestly one of the most valuable purchases I've made as a new first time mum. Such a good find!!!

My little one likes to breastfeed extremely frequently, so I bought the hipsurfer to help make breastfeeding on the go a little easier. It 100% achieves this - I can walk around shopping centres, breastfeeding while having one of my hands free for pushing the pram, holding a drink, or just anything that takes my fancy! It’s blissful having the freedom of that second hand. However the hipsurfer also helps with meal times. My little one often decides she wants dinner when I’m eating - with the hipsurfer this is so easy! It’s relatively small size means i can be comfortable at the dining table, freely moving one hand to eat my dinner, while she is also feeding. Honestly, the hipsurfer is a game changer for me. I will be buying one for all all baby shower gifts in future.

The hipsurfer has been great in reducing the strain on my arms with carrying bubs. Laura was kind enough to schedule a video call with me as I was struggling to position it comfortably and after trouble shooting, it was able to fit comfortably.

Hackerlily is a lifesaver! We have used it everyday from newborn. It’s great quality, lovely colours even dad approved.

My daughter & I have been using our HipSurfer for 2 years now and we both absolutely love it. I am a calm and confident mumma when I wear this. I have my daughter close to me, which makes us both feel safe and I have what I need for both of us on hand and organised. And my arms, wrists, shoulders and neck are all free from pain. Literally obsessed with my hip surfer, I have a few other carriers but they are a hassle to put on and with a growing baby it’s been an effortless carrier and the moment my baby sees me out it on his face lights up as he loves it so much. He is now 10 months old and I wear him comfortably in so many was. He falls asleep against my chest and it has helped free me from back and shoulder pain . The quality is stunning and the pockets are so helpful to store my phone , a nappy and a few essentials. So grateful for my hip surfer !!!!

I travelled with my baby 3 times before discovering the hip surfer carrier. It’s been a
life saver we gate checked our pram and had the hipsurfer in use. Just before boarding it was so easy to take her to the bathroom and change her. I feel so confident holding her on it. Great investment overall a happy mum = a happy baby

The Hip Surfer has been used for every school pickup - much quicker than the pram, less strain on me and certainly less hot for bub and myself.
As we were unable to take a pram into a dance performance seating area tonight, the Hip Surfer came to the rescue - making it easy to feed bub, comfy for me for walking in with her and whilst seated - she had the best seat in the house.
Handy storage meant didn't need to bring whole baby bag for the 3 hours, spots for keys and phone safely.
Side note: the Velcro is fast and easy to adjust for sizing and positioning. Generally I'm a size 16-18 and didn't need the extension belt, where my partner (mens 2xl) prefers it.

Love that the hip surfer is a healthy hip product! Takes the load off shoulders, a definite recommended product for parents with bubs who enjoy being carried. Glad that I can continue to enjoy cuddles while carrying bub even with chronic shoulder aches due to a prolapsed disc.

And we also love the incredible, above-and-beyond customer service we got. We had issues with the delivery and Laura did everything to make sure we got our hipsurfer. Of course we also loved the product. My baby doesn't like being constrained in a carrier so she is really comfortable in the hipsurfer. I could do the laundry by myself on the first day using it!

Absolutely beautiful product. I wish I bought this sooner — it would’ve saved my wrist and back from so much pain.
You can position bub in so many ways, and it’s much easier to put on than other carriers I’ve tried. It literally takes 1–2 minutes to adjust, which also makes it super easy for other people to use.
Even bub’s nan is over the moon because she can comfortably hold her grandchild again despite having De Quervain's tenosynovitis. The HipSurfer has made such a difference for all of us!

Worth every penny. Wife & daughter absolutely loved the hip surfer, it makes day to day tasks so much easier for them and my wife is no longer complaining of back pain. If you've got a Velcro baby who refuses to be put down this is a must.

I am so glad I made this purchase! Both my son and I love it. He is 15 months and was getting very frustrated in our carrier and I was getting frustrated with the buckles on it. Being a solo mum, I wanted something quick and easy to put on with my toddler when he didn’t want to walk or we had some walking to do. I took it to The Wiggles show today and it was very handy- the pockets were so good!

First of all, I own an Ergobaby Omni 360 carrier for the longest time but decided to buy the HipSurfer Hipseat Baby Carrier & Bum Bag - Polyester version just to try out.
I purchased this together with a washable cover (4 months ago) instead of the vegan leather version as I was worried how long it will last if I had to clean my LO’s food mess/poo explosions (I am a clean freak and wanted the option of washing it when required).
Unfortunately almost 3 months in and the Velcro stitching came out. Mine might have been a faulty one so I emailed them. The team responded swiftly and offered to send the Vegan leather HipSurfer as a replacement!
Within a week, I’d received the replacement and was blown away at how PLUSH and amazing this one was compared to my old one! It feels much more comfortable around the waist (like a cushion hugging me) and the side pocket was bigger and could fit my iPhone 13 Pro Max with ease (my old one could fit but it was a tight squeeze and a pain to take out).
The HipSurfer makes school drop offs with my eldest such a breeze and I don’t even have to lug my big nappy bag around if I wanted to drop by to the shops quickly as the pockets fit everything that I need! Also, my in-laws borrowed mine once and they loved it so much that they are now a proud owner of a HipSurfer too.
