Terms and Conditions: HipSurfer Instant Win Giveaway

These terms apply to the HipSurfer Instant Win Giveaway running from 7 September 2026 to 30 October 2026.

1. Promoter

Hackerlily Limited, PO Box 1157, Sanctuary Cove QLD 4212, Australia. ABN 70 653 637 702.

2. Eligibility

Open to entrants aged 18 years or older. Employees of Hackerlily, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Follow @hackerlily_official on Instagram

  • Submit their details through the online entry form

Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries made by automated means, or using multiple email addresses to gain additional entries, will be disqualified.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries open on 7 September 2026 and close at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

5. Prizes

Three major prizes are available. Each major prize is a Hackerlily gift voucher valued at AUD $300. Total prize pool: AUD $900.

Each gift voucher:

  • Can only be redeemed online at www.hackerlily.com

  • Must be used by 30 March 2027

  • Is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as set out in clause 7

  • Can be spent on any products at www.hackerlily.com. Any bundle shown in our advertising is an example of what $300 buys, not a fixed prize.

6. Winner Selection

This is an instant win promotion. The three major prize winners are selected at random at any point during the giveaway period and are notified by email at the time they win. Hackerlily's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. If a Winner Has Already Purchased

If a major prize winner purchased a Hackerlily product from our website before winning, Hackerlily will refund up to AUD $300 from that eligible order instead of issuing a gift voucher. Proof of purchase may be required.

8. Claiming the Prize

Winners must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this time frame, they forfeit the prize and Hackerlily may select another winner at random.

9. Runner-Up Prize

Every entrant who does not win a major prize instantly receives a $20 off discount code. The code is valid on orders over AUD $100, cannot be combined with other discounts or sale prices, and must be redeemed by 7 November 2026.

10. Privacy and Data Collection

By entering, participants consent to Hackerlily contacting them about their entry and sending occasional news, promotions and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

11. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release Hackerlily Limited, Meta and Instagram from any liability related to this giveaway, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Compliance with Meta and Instagram Policies

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Hackerlily and not to Instagram or Meta.

13. Amendments

Hackerlily Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, or to cancel the giveaway, where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary.

14. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
