Sale questions, answered

What's on sale?

20–70% off sitewide, with up to 35% off HipSurfers. Sale prices are already in your cart. No code needed, and codes don't stack.

How much is shipping?

Free UK standard shipping on orders over £100. Under £100 it's £7. Orders ship from our UK warehouse, and most UK deliveries arrive 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Can I return a Black Friday purchase?

Yes. In the UK your 14-day legal right to cancel applies to every online order, sale items included. Faulty items are always covered. Full returns policy

Will it fit me?

The HipSurfer fits waists from 59 to 117cm. Want more length? Add a colour-matched Waistband Extender.

Do I still need to hold my child?

Yes. Keep one arm around your child at all times. The seat takes their weight, so your arm steadies them instead of holding them up.
